At The Ridge, you'll find a series of oak-studded knolls and hills with lots of rock outcroppings and splendid views. There's a 100-foot elevation change on the course. This feels like wide open country with no homes nearby. You're really going to experience the natural world of the foothills when you play a round. Jones used 48 bunkers on our 170-acre site to enhance the demands of this rugged layout. You'll also find water on several holes of this par-71 course. But there are four sets of tees here so you can choose how many tests you want to face. "It doesn't have to be a difficult course," said Greg French, retired director of golf at The Ridge. "Every player of every skill level can have a good time playing here."
