Bowling Green Country Club is one of Kentucky’s oldest and most respected private clubs. Our active and vibrant membership has helped establish a heritage and tradition that the club has maintained since its inception in 1913. With it’s gently flowing landscape rolling away on three sides to the river, the location of BGCC, is among the most historically active regions in Southern Kentucky. David Pfaff redesigned this challenging eighteen-hole layout in 1994. Mr. Pfaff served his apprenticeship as a course designer with the renowned designer, Pete Dye. Our award winning course is immaculately maintained, highlighted by a gentle rolling layout that offers winding fairways narrowed by an assortment of mature trees. A note from Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation: Our FIRST annual national online auction is raising money for our kids golf programs. The Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation supports Payne Stewart Golf Camps & Clinics. These unique programs provide a complete golf learning experience for kids ages 4-9 years old. Using unconventional spaces to bring golf to the masses, the camps and clinics make any gymnasium or soccer field a golf learning center to teach children the fundamentals of both golf and life. Payne Stewart Golf Experiences advance Payne’s vision by creating new golf spaces that give more families with kids the ability to learn and play golf. This is the first and only golf learning program to combine fun, games-based play with modified, age-appropriate golf equipment and faith-based life skills curriculum.
